I have POISON IVY!!! YUCK!! So... I will still do the run on Saturday at 7am at Turkey I just cannot stay away. As always water and Gatorade will be provided, but if you want the hops and barley flavored kind then you will have to bring your own, do not forget to bring water for the trail as it is getting HOT. I am guessing we will run for two hours or so but if you do not want or can not be out that long we can always stop by the parking lot for a drop. Any questions email me or use this thread.

| Vicky, what's worse the poison ivy or the stings we got from those invisible flying objects?? Almost makes me wonder what TZ is raising up in these hills??????? |

| Oh flying stinging sprint bugs are much worse than little o'l poison ivy. Have a great vacation and see you when you get back. |
