thought i already posted this. must be goin crazy.
Desiree is having some calf pain and was wanting to try out some compression socks to see if they help. Does anyone have any suggestions on brands of compression socks they have tried or have heard of?

It is all that Rob Zombie you listen to.
I have some Zenzu calf sleeves that I will wear after a long training run or ride. I don't think they really cure or prevent anything but I like the way they feel. I am betting more of a placebo effect than anything else since the research doesn't support their claims.
That said I also have some Skinz tights again I love the way they feel after a long day but I believe it is more just keeping them warm than anything else. |

i have the pink zensah calf sleeves and they rock. they are dual purpose. no more shin splints AND they look awesome with a black skirt. besides, if it is to hot to wear tights, but to cold for just a skirt, you can wear them and push them down if you get to hot. style first! |
